Perseverance

This one life.

This one precious life.

There have been many challenges.

Obstacles to overcome.

Dreams dashed.

Divorce endured.

A disintegrated knee.

A metal hip.

Pain.

Physical pain.

Emotional pain.

Loss.

Heartbreak.

Lessons of perseverance.

And then there is waking up to the truth.

Everything is for my higher good.

To realize the truth of my being.

 I am the master of my life.

No matter what comes my way it is meant to reveal my higher Self.

It’s about overcoming.

Transcending my ego.

Self-realization.

It’s a lesson in never giving up.

Perseverance.

Keep showing up doing the work.

Eventually the truth is revealed.

It’s hidden.

The last place I looked was inside.

It was there all along.

If I would have given up on myself I never would have found the treasure within.

I had to dig it out of the dirt.

I had to close my eyes over and over again.

What if I would have given up?

I never would have found the gold within.

I am grateful my superpower is perseverance.

Sometimes it feels against all odds.

Keep moving forward.

Sometimes it feels like torture.

Sometimes I ask myself what’s the point.

And then the breakthrough.

The light at the end of the tunnel.

The next level of awakening.

Self-mastery.

It’s not meant to be easy.

What satisfaction would come if it was easy?

The more I overcome the more empowered I feel.

Perseverance is the name of the game.

Rising up to the challenge.

That is where the reward is.

Keep climbing the mountain.

Embrace the challenges of life.

The challenges show us who we are.

Life gets to be fun if I let it.

It doesn’t have to be torture.

It can be the grand adventure of life.

The main thing is to never give up.

To persevere.

To soldier on.

There is gold inside.

Keep digging.

Never be complacent.

The Kingdom of Heaven is in there.

That is why I persevere.

There is no other feeling like it.

Keep going.

When you don’t feel like it, keep showing up.

It’s in the darkest moments we have the biggest breakthroughs.

I can attest to that.

There is no mountain too big.

There is no challenge too large.
