Know Thyself

I got it all wrong most of my life.

I searched for power in all the wrong things.

I was misled.

Money.

Followers.

Likes.

Muscles.

Religion.

Sports.

Relationships.

Things.

External validation.

Body.

Image.

The search outside of myself led to despair.

We are sold a way of living that creates constant seeking and attaining.

Know thyself.

That is true power.

It’s right there.

It’s too obvious.  

It’s too simple.

It’s profound.

Know myself.

That is where the wisdom is.

Master myself.

That is true power.

Live in the present moment.

The eternal now.

Present mind power.

Calm heart.

Centered.

Balanced.

Grounded heart power.

Fit.

Healthy.

Athletic.

Dynamic body power.  

Integrate Spirit, mind and body.

That’s what I call a Spiritual Warrior.

It’s all inside.

It’s always been there.

Wherever we go, there we are. 

Inner power.

Inner strength.

Inner peace.

The buried treasure is within.

That is true power.

That is unlimited freedom.

It can never be attained outside of ourselves.

Stop the madness.

Rebel against giving your power away.

Relax.

Chill.

It’s effortless.

Be light.

Have fun.

Be me.

Powerful ease.

That is true power.

Be still and know I am God.

Know thyself and then you will know God.
