Most men live lives that don't feel true to our souls because we are trying to fit in to who the world says we should be. As human beings we have an innate desire to fit in. It's a survival instinct. We must break through that fear in order to fully express ourselves in creative ways that only we can do.

Ideally we can meet in person where we can connect in nature doing a hike, bike ride, playing golf, climbing a 14er, practicing Qi Gong or any outdoor adventure of your choosing. I have found through my work that it is easier for men to open up through shared outdoor experiences. 

I currently live in Littleton, Colorado where outdoor adventure is at our fingertips everywhere we turn. 

An alternative to connecting in person is meeting online via Zoom or over the phone.
