When a devastating injury puts Zach—and his dreams—on the sidelines, David laces up his track cleats to salvage their future and point Zach toward hope.
In theaters February 22nd, RUN THE RACE shows what’s possible when you run to—instead of from—the overwhelming love of God.

Born and raised in Northern Colorado, she is closest to our Lord when sitting on a mountain beside a river with a cup of coffee in one hand and a book in the other.

This podcast episode is about patience and perseverance. Half the battle when making lifestyle changes it to "just keep showing up."

So many of my clients have stopped and started an exercise and nutrition program so many times over the years, they come to me lacking self-confidence and full of fear that they are going to “fail” again. Tune into this episode and learn how to overcome the fear of failure and just keep showing up.
