Statistics show that about 95% of us fail to achieve our health and fitness goals.
It is my life’s mission to change that.
When we work together, we will be guided by these three overall intentions:
Fitness and weight loss can be an empty pursuit if you let it. Your health and fitness goals get to transcend self. They get to be more than just numbers on a scale or fitting into your jeans. There is nothing wrong with either of these, but if that is all there is, you will feel empty once they're accomplished. When you tie your health and fitness goals into a cause greater than yourself, that is when the magic happens.
You get to set a big, hairy audacious goal or BHAG. This concept was first introduced in the book “Built to Last: Successful Habits of Visionary Companies,” by James Collins. A BHAG is a challenge that is just out of reach, but not too far to ever reach. A BHAG inspires you to work harder and be more creative to make sure you reach that goal. A BHAG is meant to push you out of your comfort zone. It’s about the journey, so even if you don’t reach your BHAG, in it's pursuit you will still accomplish things you never thought possible!
Your first results from our work together will be invisible, for example: your blood sugar will regulate, your blood pressure will normalize and your cholesterol levels will improve, you will increase your testosterone levels — all great progress! And even though it takes a while longer for your fitness levels to improve and to see the body transformation you want, you'll already be on your way there, and you'll begin to feel less tired, have more mental focus, feel stronger and more alive.

A new mindset equals new results. There is nothing more powerful than a changed mind. One of my favorite quotes from Tony Robbins is, "Change happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change." You have an inner warrior in you that is waiting to be reclaimed. It simply starts with a decision and then a commitment to uncover what is already within you.
Our bodies were created to move, but we have become a very sedentary society, as evidenced by our rising obesity rates and our decreased life expectancy. It is crucial that we build in purposeful movement into our every day lives so our bodies can function at a high level. Your movement practice gets to be enjoyable and highly individualized. When you do what you love, you will stick with it!
The way you eat doesn't just affect the way you look. It impacts every aspect of your life, including your energy level, your performance, your health and your quality of life. It's easy to allow our busy lives to dictate one of the most fundamental keys to our health — nutrition. When you start to make more nutritious food choices, your health and vitality will improve dramatically.
Recovery and stress management are strategic musts. Research shows that 74% of adults don't get enough sleep, which makes it very challenging to have optimal health. Chronic stress is another primary contributor to poor health. Proper rest and stress management are two critical components to optimal health, an abundance of energy and getting to your desired body weight.
